Supplication for Entering the Mosque

(يَبْدَأُ بِرِجْلِهِ الْيُمْنَى) ، وَيَقُولُ: ((أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ العَظِيمِ، وَبِوَجْهِهِ الْكَرِيمِ، وَسُلْطَانِهِ الْقَدِيمِ، مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ)) [بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، وَالصَّلَاةُ] [وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ] ((اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ)).

(He begins with his right foot) and says: I seek refuge in Allah, the Mighty, and in His noble Countenance and His eternal authority, from the accursed Satan. [In the name of Allah, and prayers] [and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah.] O Allah, open for me the gates of Your mercy.
