ذٰلِكَ اَنۡ لَّمۡ يَكُنۡ رَّبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ الۡقُرٰي بِظُلۡمٍ وَّاَهۡلُهَا غٰفِلُوۡنَ

That is because your Lord would not destroy the cities for wrongdoing while their people were unaware
