وَكَمۡ قَصَمۡنَا مِنۡ قَرۡيَةٍ كَانَتۡ ظَالِمَةً وَّاَنۡشَاۡنَا بَعۡدَهَا قَوۡمًا اٰخَرِيۡنَ

And how many a city which was unjust have We shattered and produced after it another people
