قُلۡ اِنَّمَا٘ اُنۡذِرُكُمۡ بِالۡوَحۡيِؗۖ وَلَا يَسۡمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَآءَ اِذَا مَا يُنۡذَرُوۡنَ

Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned
