وَقَضَيۡنَا٘ اِلَيۡهِ ذٰلِكَ الۡاَمۡرَ اَنَّ دَابِرَ هٰ٘ؤُلَآءِ مَقۡطُوۡعٌ مُّصۡبِحِيۡنَ

And We conveyed to him [the decree] of that matter: that those [sinners] would be eliminated by early morning
