تَبٰرَكَ الَّذِيۡ بِيَدِهِ الۡمُلۡكُؗ وَهُوَ عَلٰي كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ قَدِيۡرُۙ‏

Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent
