فَاَصَابَهُمۡ سَيِّاٰتُ مَا عَمِلُوۡا وَحَاقَ بِهِمۡ مَّا كَانُوۡا بِهٖ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُوۡنَࣖ‏

So they were struck by the evil consequences of what they did and were enveloped by what they used to ridicule
