اَمۡ اَنَا خَيۡرٌ مِّنۡ هٰذَا الَّذِيۡ هُوَ مَهِيۡنٌ ࣢ۙ وَّلَا يَكَادُ يُبِيۡنُ

Or am I [not] better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear
