وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ الۡقُرٰي بِظُلۡمٍ وَّاَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُوۡنَ

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers
