فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَهُ الرِّيۡحَ تَجۡرِيۡ بِاَمۡرِهٖ رُخَآءً حَيۡثُ اَصَابَۙ‏

So We subjected to him the wind blowing by his command, gently, wherever he directed
