وَالۡقَمَرَ قَدَّرۡنٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتّٰي عَادَ كَالۡعُرۡجُوۡنِ الۡقَدِيۡمِ

And the moon - We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk
