كَذٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَي الَّذِيۡنَ فَسَقُوۡ٘ا اَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ

Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe
