اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَۙ‏

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe
