What to Do After a Good or a Bad Dream

[ (يَنْفُثُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ (ثلاثاً)) - (يَسْتَعِيذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيطَانِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا رَأَى (ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ)) - ((لاَ يُحَدِّثْ بِهَا أَحَداً)) - ((يَــتَحَوَّلُ عَنْ جَنْبِهِ الَّذِي كَانَ عَلَيْهِ)) ]

He should spit lightly to his left (three times); he should seek refuge in Allah from Satan and from the evil of what he saw (three times); he should not tell anyone about it; he should turn over from the side he was lying on.

((ويَقُومُ يُصَلِّي إِنْ أَرَادَ ذَلِكَ)).

And he may get up and pray if he wishes to do so.
